Islamic Council and Malay Customs Terengganu (MAIDAM) Visits To Perak
Ipoh 17 to 18 April 2017- Perak Islamic Religious Council & Malay Customs (MAIPk) has received a visit from officials of the Islamic Religious Council and Malay Customs Terengganu (MAIDAM). A delegation of four people from MAIDAM was led by Mr. Romaine bin Abdul Manap, as the Auditor of MAIDAM.
The briefing was held at the MAIPk Conference Hall, 5th Floor, KIDR. The delegation of MAIDAM is on a visit to review the methods of assistance home built / asnaf home repair, asnaf empowerment program implemented by MAIPk and visits to the Muhammadiah mosque (Masjid China).
In this regard, the delegation of MAIDAM have visited the Village area of Chemor and Gugusan Manjoi to review the projects to help build the house. In addition, a group of MAIDAM have visited Asnaf Empowerment Project in Batu Gajah, Pusing and Meru Raya involving timber industry, service car wash and a haircut. Before concluding the visit, the delegation of MAIDAM have visited the Muhammadiah Mosque (Masjid China), Ipoh.
Mosque Committee gave a brief talk on the mosque. Hopefully the close relationship between the two institutions can be strengthened in the interest of the ummah.
