Waqf Perak Ar-Ridzuan Waqf Boat, Work Visit to UniKl MIMET and Tanjung Serantau

A Visit by the Perak Islamic Religious Council & Malay Customs (MAIPk) to Kuala Lumpur MIMET University (UniKL), Lumut and Tanjung Serantau, Tanjung Kepah Lekir was held on 11 April 2017 for the realization of the Wakaf Boat Project , Waqf Perak Ar-Ridzuan. The purpose of this visit was to discuss the proposed construction of fishing boats for South Manjung district fishermen use. Among the items discussed was the boat category, structural materials, engines, boat accessories and fishing equipment appropriate for fishermen to enable them to catch fish. MAIPk plans to buy two boats this year and one of them will be handed over to the South Manjung Area Fishermen's Association. The visit was led by Dr Amiruddin bin Muhamed, CEO MAIPk.
