Å“33.Â Â The establishment of the Waqf (Perak) has opened up a new dimension in the waqf administration in Perak. Through this enactment,Â Perak Islamic Religious Council & Malay CustomsÂ have more clear power toÂ administer the waqf and can also draw various waqf instruments for the purposes of socio-economic development of the ummah. Waqaf Perak Ar-Ridzuan fund which was launched provide new space for the ummah to do charity.Â

Å“37.Â Â Â Perak Islamic Religious Council & Malay Customs also provides scholarships subjects under Asnaf Fisabilillah for students pursuing Bachelor abroad. For the year 2015 eight hundred and thirty seven (837) students have been awarded scholarships involves spending seven point five million (7,508,600) ringgit, while four point two million (4,198,940) ringgit was given to one thousand one hundred and sixty-four (1,164) students studying in the country.Â
