Mr. Azizan bin Ngah Mohamed Ariff, 71 years old and married, have 9 children (2 boys and 7 girls) and a former Bilal Mosque at Masjid Muhammadiah @ Masjid Cina Kg Tasek. The applicant lives with his wife alone in the house. The applicant had been suspected by the doctor diagnosed hepatitis B (lack of red blood), liver and blood cancer. The diagnosis was made and is pending further physician.
Visits were made to get more information about the medical needs of the applicant and pray for applicant good health.
