MAIPk Helping Patients with Chronic Respiratory
Taman Indah, March 22, 2017 - Mr. Ahmad Bin Yusof was 79 years old, who lives with his wife and 3 children. Applicant has 7 children. 4 children live separately and are married. The applicant is a pensioner who receives a pension of RM920 a month. Children of the applicant is working, private sector and not helpful. The only son who help him is one lived with him and is working. While others who stay at home to take care of the applicant. Applicants living at his own home.
The applicants was sick, has chronic lung problems and heart swelling. Currently there is no treatment that can be provided by the Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh to the applicant due to age factor. The applicant now only depends entirely on the ventilator to survive. In the absence of such a device at home, the applicant should seek treatment from private medical care immediately if he experience difficulty in breathing. The oxygen machine cost is RM 5,247.00.
