MAIPk Work Visit to MARA Call Center
Kuala Lumpur, December 19, 2016 - Perak Islamic Religious Council & Malay Customs (MAIPk) conducted a work visit to the headquarters of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) in the Mara, Kuala Lumpur. A total of 10 officers of MAIPk joins this tour led by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Management), Mr Mohd Haidi bin Sulaiman. MAIPk delegation arrival was welcomed by Mr Shaiful Bahrin bin Salleh, Deputy Director of Corporate Division, Mrs. Azurawani binti Wan Mohammad, Assistant Director of Corporate Communications and Mr. Roszaimi bin Abdul Rahin, Assistant Economic Affairs Officer.
The purpose of this visit is to get information on the management of Mara Call Center (MCC), which was conducted by MARA. During the visit the MAIPk delegation have given a detailed description of the MCC management. In addition, the MAIPk also visited the staff who were on duty at the MCC. Various knowledge about MCC was shared by officers and staff of the MCC to the MAIPk. Thank you to the MCC for accepting the presence of MAIPk and hopefully continue to successfully provide excellent service.
