MAIPK 2016 Eid al-Fitr Feast Ceremony

IPOH - Perak Islamic Religious Council & Malay Customs (MAIPk) organized a Eid al-Fitr Celebration Day on July 20, 2016 in the parking lot next to the Kompleks Islam Darul Ridzuan. The dinner, which starts at 10 am to 2 pm today attended by the MAIPk President, Tan Sri Dr Wan Mohd Zahid Mohd Noordin and MAIPk Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Amiruddin Muhamed. The ceremony was organized to strengthen the relationship between the peoples and MAIPk in conjunction with the month of Shawal.

During the MAIPK Eid al-Fitr Feast Celebration, also introduced a food truck is the first pilot project using the concept of food business truck or food truck for the poor recipients. MAIPk will provide six food trucks for the use by asnaf in some locations such as Ipoh, Seri Iskandar, Kuala Kangsar, Taiping and Manjung. This project represents a new approach of MAIPk to help remove asnaf from poverty. At the ceremony, MAIPk also mingled and celebrate 60 spastic children who were among the special guests celebrated.
